This ensured a reliable service and gave every customer the right of complaint, which in turn keeps industry standards high.
When the Association set up a Biosecurity Scheme approved by the regulatory authorities for their members this offered hobbyists a new dimension in safety when purchasing Koi, and it was hoped that all members would ultimately become biosecure.
